Day 1 Arrive in Da Nang Upon arrival, welcome by the Tour Manager/local tour guide and transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Overnight in Da Nang. (D) Note: The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals of flight or long queue at the immigration.
Day 2 City Tour of Da Nang (Visit Son Tra Peninsula [Monkey Mountain], Visit Lady Buddha Statue, Visit Marble Mountain [Water Mountain], Visit Huyen Khong Cave) – Visit Cam Thanh Coconut Village – Basket Boat Ride at Cam Thanh - Visit Hoi An Ancient Town - Boat Ride with Flower Garland Releasing After breakfast, we proceed to visit Son Tra Peninsula (Monkey Mountain), the Lady Buddha Statue, Marble Mountain (Water Mountain). We then visit Huyen Khong cave before entering Tam Thai and Linh Ung pagodas which offers great city views and visit Am Phu Cave with impressive rock formations. Later, we visit Cam Thanh Coconut Village which is a picturesque destination known for its vibrant coconut groves, and rich cultural experiences. Enjoy your time with basket boat ride through the coconut jungle forest. In the evening, we visit Hoi An ancient town where we see the tile-roofed Japanese Bridge, Chinese Assembly halls and ancient houses while we drive. We then take a boat trip in the shimmering space, a fanciful picture with hundreds of flower lanterns floating on the water surface. Day 3 Tour of Bana Hills & Golden Bridge - Photo stop at Dragon Bridge After breakfast, we proceed to Ba Na hills and take Cable Car to Ba Na hills station. Reach the French-inspired hilltop resort where we visit the Old Villas, French Stable, and Tinh Tam Garden. Just a few steps away from the village stands the Linh Ung Pagoda, where we see an impressive facade of traditional Vietnamese architecture when we visit the pagoda. We also visit the Golden Bridge, which is known for its elegant curve and the giant hands holding the bridge. Next, we head to Loc Uyen Garden and Quan Am Pavilion for a walk through well-manicured landscapes. We reach Nui Chua Peak, marvel at the natural reserve's beauty. Our next stop will be the Fantasy Park, an amusement park inspired by French chateaus and palaces. Have fun with exciting check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to Hanoi. On arrival, we proceed with the city tour by taking photos of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside and One Pillar Pagoda. We continue the tour by visiting the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure cyclo around the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Later, enjoy a fascinating show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Overnight in Hanoi. (B, L, D)
Day 4 Da Nang – Hanoi. City Tour of Hanoi (Photo stop at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Photo stop at One Pillar Pagoda, Visit Hoan Kiem Lake) - Cyclo Tour - Witness Water Puppet Show After breakfast we check out and transfer to the airport for our flight to Hanoi. On arrival, we proceed with the city tour by taking photos of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside and One Pillar Pagoda. We continue the tour by visiting the picturesque Hoan Kiem Lake and then take a leisure cyclo around the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Later, enjoy a fascinating show of Water Puppetry, a traditional stage art of Northern Vietnam. Overnight in Hanoi. (B, L, D)
Day 5 Hanoi – Ha Long Bay – Overnight on Cruise. Visit Pearl Farm enroute Ha Long Bay After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and transfer to Ha Long. Enroute Visit Pearl Farm where we learn the whole process of producing pearls and pearl products. Upon arrival in Ha Long, we check in the overnight cruise to discover the magnificent beauty of this “Descending-dragon” bay, created by thousands odd-shaped limestone rocks and karst grottoes. This afternoon, we can visit the Grottos, stop for swimming or kayaking (at your own cost), passing floating houses and approach islets to enjoy their beauty in close distance. Back to the cruise, enjoy cooking demonstration (optional) and sunset view from sundeck. Overnight in Ha Long on board the cruise. (B, L, D)
Day 6 Ha Long Bay - Hanoi – Siem Reap Have breakfast on board. This morning, we visit by boat to Luon Cave, a ring-shaped pool inside an island in Ha Long. Back to the Wharf of Ha Long passing the most densely area with many islands that have been named like the Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense burner rock or Sea Dog Rock. Brunch on board the Cruise Note: The cruise itinerary can be changed according to weather conditions. We then check out and transfer to Hanoi to take a flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Refreshing snacks. (What’s More) Overnight in Siem Reap. (B, Br, D)
Day 7 Tour of Angkor Wat - 30 Minutes Foot Massage – Enjoy Apsara Show After breakfast, we proceed to visit Angkor Wat temple which is a replica of the universe according to the Hindu mythology. We then explore South Gate of Angkor Thom known as Big Angkor. We then visit Thommanon - small attractive temple, built at the same time as Angkor Wat. Chau Say Tevoda - built during the second quarter of the 12th century opposite of Thommanon, it was dedicated to Shiva and Vishnu. We then visit Ta Prohm temple which is a wonderful combination of human genius and natural beauty! Refresh yourself with coconut water. (What’s More) We then head back to town and enjoy 30 minutes foot massage. (What’s More) In the evening, enjoy local dinner with Apsara dance show. Overnight in Siem Reap. (B, L, LD)
Day 8 Visit Satcha Handicraft. Siem Reap – Ho Chi Minh. City Tour of Ho Chi Minh (Photo stop at Notre-Dame Basilica, Visit Saigon Central Post Office, Photo stop at Reunification Palace) Today, we check out and visit Satcha, the first centre in Cambodia that incubates local artisans who specialize in handicrafts. We then proceed to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. On arrival, we drive to the city centre and visit Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (outside due to construction), a neo-Roman cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office and then pass by classic European-style landmarks such as the ornate City Hall (Hotel De Ville), the old Opera House and take photo of Reunification Palace from outside. Enjoy a cup of Vietnamese Coffee. (What’s More) Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. (B, PL, D)
Day 9 Tour of Mekong Delta - Visit Cu Chi Tunnels After breakfast, we visit My Tho, the homeland of coconut. On arrival in My Tho, enjoy cruising on the mighty Mekong River and view the life of the local people that live along the riverbanks. Embark on the small sampan boats rowed by the local people through the small canals covered by water coconut trees. Later in the afternoon, we take the boat back to the mainland. After lunch, we visit Cu Chi tunnels – the network of over 200 km tunnels which became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh. (B, L, D)
Day 10 Return home Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. AIRLINE
• We advise to carry maximum of 1 big and 1 cabin bag per person,
especially if internal flights on tour and Train Journey are involved
during your tour. (Luggage allowance in Internal Flights 15kgs). Also,
every bag is guest responsibility and porterage is not included at
Hotels, Airport, Immigration halls, Train stations, Cruise terminals etc

HOTELS
• Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will
mostly be Queen size and not King size.
• For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll away beds,
in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.
• As a 3rd adult person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds
or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the SAME as a Twin/
double room. ( Hence we also strongly suggest you to upgrade Triple
into 2 separate rooms during booking)
• Average standard room size in East Asia is 15 - 18 square meter.
• Standard Check in time 1500 hrs; Standard check out time 1200hrs.
Early Check in & late Checkout is subjected to availability and at an
extra Cost. Adjoining room’s requests are subjected to availability
during Check In.
• All hotels rooms booked for group are Standard category. Getting a
double room or a twin room is subjected to availability of the same in
Hotel during check in.
• All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a
combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard.
Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per
itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal
area is a normal practice in Japan & S Korea hotels & restaurants.
• Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a
specific temperature for entire property. Restaurants & Sightseeing
attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.
• A person 12 years and below is considered a child and above 12 years,
an adult.
• Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Asia such as
Air Show, music festivals, sports championships etc., you may have to
stay in hotels further away from the city.
• During certain dates stay may be split in two hotels
• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay,
shall be payable by the passengers.
• We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is
deemed advisable or necessary.
COACHES
• There is a strict Driving time restriction on all tourist coaches in Japan
& S Korea by Government. Hence itinerary follows strict timings for
all sightseeing planned.
• Most of your journey in Asia is by coach and hence you are requested
to keep the coach clean.
• Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach.
However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long
drives.
• Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
• One check in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited
boot space in the coach.
• In most of cities, there are parking restrictions for coach and it may
not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour
Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a
photo stop.
• Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board /
alight from the coach.
GENERAL POINTS
• Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Japan & Korea
for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be
given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per
Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.
• One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a
phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim
cards are not compatible with all the hand phones.
• Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo
Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc are subjected to
operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
• At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons,
in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing
spot.
• Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities
receive rainfall throughout the year. Weather in Japan & S Korea is
unpredictable.
• Room size in Japan & South Korea is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm
for standard twin room. For guest comfort and space a twin room can
be made available instead of double during check in.
• Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates
at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares
peak summer in the country.
• In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels
have local Japanese tea i.e. without creamer and sugar.
• In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything
or for any services rendered.
• The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full-paying
passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less
than 25 passengers you will be given on option of travelling on FIT
basis, by paying an additional supplement on seat in coach basis with
local representatives to assist you.
• When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-incoach
basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as
well.
• A person below 12 years is considered child and above 12 years, an
adult. • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away
beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a
double room.
• We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single
room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan.
• For certain departures, we may re-route the itinerary. However all
sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same. On some occasions
you may have to join another group in case the group does not have
adequate members.
• Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect
sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
• Surcharges due to Local Events applicable on certain departures.
• Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour.
• Entire Tour Program is designed & pre planned with various
appointments and schedule, hence we request you to always be in
time for smooth conduct of group tour.
• Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific
temperature for entire property. Also in Japan A.C. is operated when
summer is officially declared by the Government. Restaurants &
Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.
• Queuing up will be involved at various sightseeing locations as
domestically tourism within china/Japan is very active during peak
seasons. NO VIP entry system is applicable at most of attractions in
People’s Republic of China/ Japan.
• Many attractions are subjected to open or operate with permissible
outdoor weather conditions.
• Politically important locations or sightseeing’s can be closed by local
authorities without any prior notice.
• If Guest wish to fly by direct flights from home country, Kindly request
this towards sales office.
