DAY 1: Arrive Prague, Czech Republic
Welcome to Prague, Czech Praha, city, capital of the Czech Republic. Lying at the heart of Europe, it is one of the continent’s finest cities and the major Czech economic and cultural centre. The city has a rich architectural heritage that reflects both the uncertain currents of history in Bohemia and an urban life extending back more than 1,000 years.
Upon your arrival you will meet the representative and then be transferred to the hotel in a private vehicle. Rest of the day free for leisure or optional activities, depending on the flight arrival. Check in is subject to standard operating norms of 15:00 hrs or at the discretion of the hotel management. {Private transfers will have a minimum of 60 mins waiting and will operate to selected hotels only}. Depending on the flight arrival, you can opt for "Brewery Walking Tour (Staropramen Brewery) " - Optional activity

DAY 2: Prague: Prague Walking Tour including Prague Castle
Breakfast at the hotel. Prague Castle! St. Vitus Cathedral! Charles Bridge! The question is not if you see these sights. The question is if you see them and understand their purpose and past. Hear the stories these old walls can tell. Let us, therefore, tell you the story of the hearth of Europe on a relaxed walking tour. (Duration of the tour: 3 hrs)

Day 3 : Prague To Vienna By Train (Approx 4 Hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a check out formalities. Later make your way to the train station to board the train to Vienna! (Please note cost of the ticket is included, however the same is subject to vary until ticketed)
Welcome to Vienna, Austria’s capital, which lies in the country’s east on the Danube River. Its artistic and intellectual legacy was shaped by residents including Mozart, Beethoven and Sigmund Freud. The city is also known for its Imperial palaces, including Schönbrunn, the Habsburgs’ summer residence. In the Museums Quartier district, historic and contemporary buildings display works by Egon Schiele, Gustav Klimt and other artists.
Upon your arrival at Vienna train station, you will make your way to the hotel. Check in will be as per the standard timings of 15:00 hrs or as per hotel discretion. Rest of the day is free for leisure and optional activities.

DAY 4: Vienna: | Vienna City Tour with Schunnbrunn Palace
Breakfast at the hotel. By approx 09:30 am - Take a tour of the main sights within the city centre and visit the magnificently decorated rooms of Schonbrunn Palace. This city tour will introduce you to the the most important sights of the Austrian capital. As we drive around the famous 'Ringstrasse', Vienna's main boulevard, we pass by the State Opera, the Museums of Fine Art and Natural History, the Parliament building, the Burgtheater (National Theatre), the City Hall and the University. The highlight of this programme is the visit to Schonbrunn Palace where we take a tour of some of the most magnificently decorated rooms. (Duration of the Tour: 3 hours)

DAY 5:Vienna to Budapest via Train (Approx 3 Hrs)
Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a check out formalities. Later make your way to the train station to board the train to Budapest! (Please note cost of the ticket is included, however the same is subject to vary until ticketed)
Welcome to Budapest! Once called the “Queen of the Danube,” Budapest has long been the focal point of the nation and a lively cultural centre. The city straddles the Danube (Hungarian: Duna) River in the magnificent natural setting where the hills of western Hungary meet the plains stretching to the east and south. It consists of two parts, Buda and Pest, which are situated on opposite sides of the river and connected by a series of bridges.
Upon your arrival at Budapest train station, you will make your way to the hotel. Check in will be as per the standard timings of 15:00 hrs or as per hotel discretion. Rest of the day is free for leisure and optional activities.

DAY 6:Budapest: | Budapest City Tour
Breakfast at the hotel and free time to explore the beautiful city of Budapest. By 10:00 or 14:00 hrs - Hotel pick up can be requested for the Budapest city tour. On this tour you will be passing by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen's Bastion which offers stunning views over the city and the Mathias Church. Your tour will continue to the Gillert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge from where you will drive towards the Heroes' Square. Passing by the Opera and St Stephen's Basilica you reach the Hotel Intercontinental where your tour ends. [Duration of this tour: Approx 3 hrs]
Overnight in Budapest(B)
DAY 07:Depart Budapest
Breakfast at the hotel and free time until check out (depending on the flight departure time)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Travel Validity: 1st April 2025 – 31st October 2025
• Black out period will attract surcharges and above rates could differ.
• The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.
• Maximum 3 persons (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.
• The rates are not valid on block out dates which covers sporting events, trade fairs, conventions, and major congresses
• Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
• To proceed with the booking, you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit depending on the package which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be adjusted accordingly.
• The rates are subject to availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use an alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
• We are not holding any Hotel blocks for this package.
• International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges and from specific airports only.
• No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
• All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies and may be from designated points. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
• Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
• Rates subject to change without prior notice and also for clients travelling during weekends.
• Offer can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice. Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
• As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check- in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. The said organisation would not be responsible for these transactions and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
