Arrive in South Korea Welcome to South Korea, the country now super popular because of the K-POP culture, K Dramas and centuries of the history. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel and check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs).

Day 2
De Militarized Zone (DMZ) Tour – Visit Hyundai Motor Studio Collect packed breakfast and proceed for DMZ Tour. Begin your adventure with a visit to the De Militarized Zone (DMZ) at the border between North and South Korea for a guided tour, observing the highly guarded site under South Korean Military regulations. Take in a view of North Korea from the observatories, gaining insight into the region’s history and geopolitics. Later, immerse yourself in excitement at Hyundai Motor Studio, the largest mobility theme park in South Korea, where cutting-edge automotive innovation meets interactive fun.

Day 3
Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – Free Time at Insadong Street – Visit Lotte World Tower SeoulSky Observatory – Visit Seokchon Lake Park – Photo stop at Gangnam Style Boulevard and COEX Starfield Library After breakfast, head to Gyeongbokgung Palace, a stunning architectural gem in pagoda style, where you will have the opportunity to wear a traditional Hanbok costume. Next, explore Insadong Street, the cultural and artistic heart of Seoul. In the afternoon, visit the Lotte World Tower SeoulSky Observatory, South Korea’s tallest building, for panoramic views of the capital city. Continue to Seokchon Lake Park, renowned for its beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring. Conclude the day with photo stops at Gangnam Style Boulevard and the COEX Starfield Library.

Day 4
Experience Gapyeong Rail Bike - Visit Nami Island (includes Mini Train ride) – Free Time at Myeongdong street After breakfast, head to Gapyeong Rail Park for a unique sightseeing adventure on the Rail Bike, offering a delightful way to explore South Korea’s picturesque countryside. Next, we’ll visit Nami Island, known for its stunning landscapes and as the filming location of the popular Korean drama “Winter Sonata.” In the evening, we will explore Myeongdong, a bustling tourist hub renowned for its vibrant shopping scene and delectable street food.

Day 5
Seoul - Osaka After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for our flight to Japan. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel and check in. (Standard check in time 1400- 1500 hrs).

Day 6
Experience Japanese Tea Ceremony - Visit Daigo-ji Temple - Visit Kinkakuji Temple - Visit Arashiyama Bamboo Forest After breakfast, start your day with an immersive Japanese Tea Ceremony experience. Next, visit Daigo-ji Temple, a World Heritage site renowned for its beautiful cherry blossom views. Continue to Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the “Temple of the Golden Pavilion,” where you can admire the stunning pagoda designed to house sacred Buddha relics. Finally, take a serene walk through the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, where you will wander amidst an endless stretch of towering bamboo stalks.

Day 7
Day Trip to Hiroshima – Return Bullet Train Experience – Visit Miyajima Island – Visit Itsukushima Shrine – Photo stop at the Floating Tori Gate – Photo stop at Atomic Dome – Visit Peace Memorial Park and Museum Today we proceed on a day trip to Hiroshima with a bullet train ride. Upon arrival, head to the pier to catch a ferry to Miyajima Island, where you will visit the historic Itsukushima Shrine, renowned for its iconic “Floating Torii Gate.” Next, explore the Hiroshima Peace Park, Museum, and the Atomic Bomb Dome (Genbaku Dome), a UNESCO World Heritage site within the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park. After a poignant visit, return via bullet train.

Day 8
Visit Nara Deer Park – Visit Todaiji Temple – Visit Nabana no Sato Illumination After breakfast, visit Nara Deer Park, where you can interact with hundreds of freely roaming deer, often regarded as “Messengers of God,” and explore Todaiji Temple, renowned for its Daibutsuden (Big Buddha Hall), which was once the world’s largest wooden building. In the evening, head to Nabana no Sato, known for its stunning LED light displays at night.

Day 9
Visit Toyota Automobile Museum – Photo stop at Nagoya Castle After breakfast, visit Toyota Automobile Museum to explore the history and evolution of automotive innovation. Following this, enjoy a photo stop at Nagoya Castle, Japan’s first castle also regarded as a National Treasure.

Day 10
Owakudani Ropeway - Visit Owakudani Boiling Valley - Lake Ashi Cruise – Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station After breakfast, we will head to Owakudani and take the Owakudani Ropeway to explore Owakudani Valley. Enjoy a scenic cruise on Lake Ashi, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Ashinoko. Later, visit the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, where you can witness Japan’s highest peak and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 11
Visit Tokyo Skytree Observatory (350 m) - Visit Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise Dori Street – Visit Ueno Park After breakfast, we proceed for Tokyo sightseeing, where we’ll begin by visiting the Tokyo Skytree observation deck for city views. Next, explore Asakusa Kannon, one of Tokyo’s most vibrant and renowned temples, and stroll along Nakamise Dori Street, one of Japan’s oldest shopping streets. Later, visit Ueno Park, one of Japan’s oldest public parks, which is highly recommended for cherry blossom viewing in the spring.

Day 12
Visit Team Labs - Photo stop at Statue of Liberty - Visit Hie Shrine - Free Time at Shibuya Crossing After breakfast, we head to Team Labs, an immersive museum renowned for its vibrant, futuristic digital art installations and excellent photo opportunities. Next, we take a photo stop at the replica of the “Statue of Liberty.” We will then visit Hie Shrine, a traditional Japanese Shinto shrine famous for its striking row of red torii gates. Conclude the day with free time at Shibuya, where you’ll experience the famous Shibuya Crossing, known as the busiest pedestrian crossing in Tokyo.

Day 13
Return Home Check out of the hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Ticketing Requirements: 

  • For this tour you would require confirmed air tickets to arrive into Seoul & depart from Tokyo / Haneda. Internal Flight from Seoul - Osaka is included in the cost. It would be advisable to check with your sales officer or local travel agent for ticketing

Airline 

  • We advise to carry maximum of 1 big and 1 cabin bag per person, especially if internal flights on tour and Train Journey are involved during your tour. (Luggage allowance in Internal Flights 15kgs). Also, every bag is guest responsibility and porterage is not included at Hotels, Airport, Immigration halls, Train stations, Cruise terminals etc

Hotels 

  • Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size.
  • For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.
  • As a 3rd adult person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the SAME as a Twin/ double room. ( Hence we also strongly suggest you to upgrade Triple into 2 separate rooms during booking)
  • Average standard room size in East Asia is 15 - 18 square meter.
  • Standard Check in time 1500 hrs; Standard check out time 1200hrs. Early Check in & late Checkout is subjected to availability and at an extra Cost. Adjoining room’s requests are subjected to availability during Check In.
  • All hotels rooms booked for group are Standard category. Getting a double room or a twin room is subjected to availability of the same in Hotel during check in.
  • All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan & S Korea hotels & restaurants.
  • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.
  • A person 12 years and below is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult.
  • Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Asia such as Air Show, music festivals, sports championships etc., you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city.
  • During certain dates stay may be split in two hotels
  • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers.
  • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.

Coaches

  • There is a strict Driving time restriction on all tourist coaches in Japan & S Korea by Government. Hence itinerary follows strict timings for all sightseeing planned.
  • Most of your journey in Asia is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.
  • Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
  •  Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
  •  One check in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach.
  • In most of cities, there are parking restrictions for coach and it may not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop.
  • Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

General Points

  • Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Japan & Korea for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only.
  • One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the hand phones.
  • Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance.
  • At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot.
  • Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year. Weather in Japan & S Korea is unpredictable.
  • Room size in Japan & South Korea is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room. For guest comfort and space a twin room can be made available instead of double during check in.
  • Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country.
  • In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e. without creamer and sugar.
  • In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered.
  • The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full-paying passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less than 25 passengers you will be given on option of travelling on FIT basis, by paying an additional supplement on seat in coach basis with local representatives to assist you.
  • When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-incoach basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as well.
  • A person below 12 years is considered child and above 12 years, an adult.
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room.
  • We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan.
  • For certain departures, we may re-route the itinerary. However all sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same. On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate members.
  •  Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule.
  • Surcharges due to Local Events applicable on certain departures.
  • Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour.
  •  Entire Tour Program is designed & pre planned with various appointments and schedule, hence we request you to always be in time for smooth conduct of group tour.
  • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Also in Japan A.C. is operated when summer is officially declared by the Government. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated.
  • Queuing up will be involved at various sightseeing locations as domestically tourism within china/Japan is very active during peak seasons. NO VIP entry system is applicable at most of attractions in People’s Republic of China/ Japan.
  • Many attractions are subjected to open or operate with permissible outdoor weather conditions.
  •  Politically important locations or sightseeing’s can be closed by local authorities without any prior notice.
