Day 01
Welcome to Oslo!
On arrival proceed to your hotel and check-in on your own. Overnight in Oslo, Norway. (D)
Note: The standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. We may have to proceed directly for dinner or Packed dinner will be provided in case of late arrivals of flight or long queue at the immigration.
Day 02
Guided Tour of Oslo – Entrance to Vigeland Sculpture Park – Entrance to Holmenkollen Ski Museum
Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Oslo: See the Parliament Square, National Galleries, Karl Johan shopping street, the Royal Palace and Akhershus Fortress. Next, we visit Vigeland Sculpture Park. Later we visit the Holmenkollen Ski Museum: the world’s oldest ski museum. Overnight in Oslo, Norway. (B, D)
Day 03
Travel on one of Norway’s most popular trips ‘Norway in a nutshell’
Today, we board our train from Oslo to Myrdal, change to the Flam railway line, for a scenic travel to Flam. We wander around the idyllic countryside, before embarking on a boat ride through the Aurlandsfjord into the Naeroyfjord, one of the narrowest fjords in Europe, surrounded by mountains of up to 1800 meters. On arrival at scenic Gudvangen, we board the coach and travel through the impressive Norwegian landscape to Bergen. Overnight in Bergen, Norway. (B, D)
Day 04
Guided city tour of Bergen – Ride on the Funicular train – Fly to Tromso
Today, we proceed for a guided city tour of Bergen: Visit the Hanseatic wharf Bryggen with its pastel – coloured wooden houses, winding cobblestone streets and old Bergen. Next, we take a ride on the Funicular train, to the top of the Mount Floyen for an aerial view of Bergen. Later, we take a flight from Bergen to Tromso. Overnight in Tromso, Norway. (B, D)
Day 05
Orientation tour of Tromso – Visit to Polaria Aquarium – Photo stop at Arctic Cathedral - Fjellheisen cable car
Today, we proceed for an Orientation city tour of Tromso. Next, we take a photo stop at the Arctic Cathedral. Later, we visit the Polaria Aquarium: the world’s most northerly aquarium. Later in the evening, we experience the Fjellheisen cable car where we get the panoramic views of Tromso & the fjords. Overnight in Tromso, Norway. (B, D)
Day 06
Fly to Reykjavik, Iceland –Orientation Tour of Reykjavik
Today, we check out and proceed to take a flight to Rekjavik. On arrival, Proceed to hotel and Check-in. Later you proceed for an Orientation Tour of Reykjavik where we see Hallgrimskirkja (Church), Rainbow Street and many more interesting sites. After Dinner we check-in into the hotel. Overnight in Reykjavik, Iceland. (B, D)
Day 07
Golden Circle tour (Thingvellir – Geysir – Gullfoss)
Today, we proceed for a Golden Circle Tour where we first Visit the Thingvellier national park. Here, we walk through the rift valley. This is the only place in the world where separation between the North American and European geological rift (tectonic plates) are above sea level, and nowhere in the world are the edges of both plates as clearly visible than the rift valley in Thingvellir National Park. Here, you can stand on two continents at the same time! Then, we proceed to Visit the Geysir where we take a Stop at the hot springs. Next, we will see the famous Gullfoss waterfall and take a few pictures. Later we visit the Tomato farm where we taste a cup of their tomato soup. Overnight in Reykjavik, Iceland. (B, D)
Day 08
South Island Tour (Visit Eyjafjallajokull Volcano - Visit Seljalandsfoss - Skogafoss waterfalls – Photo stop at Plane Wreck – Photo stop at Black Sand Beach)
Today, we take a scenic drive to South Island where we first stop and see the Eyjafjallajokull Volcano. Next we proceed to the famous Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss. Take photos of the waterfall where you see the maximum rainbows at once. These were the locations of a famous Bollywood song. Seljalandsfoss cascades over steep cliffs, which make it possible for people to walk behind the waterfall, offering a spectacular view of the waterfall itself and the surroundings. Skogafoss stands at 60 meters tall. Later, proceed to take a photo-stop at the Black Sand beach and we Visit the Iconic plane wreck site. Overnight in Reykjavik, Iceland. (B, D)
Day 09
Return back home with pleasant memories!
Today, we proceed to the airport on your own for your flight back home. Kindly spare a few minutes to share your feedback with your Tour Manager. Your valued suggestions will be most appreciated. Arrive home with pleasant memories of your Europe tour, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime. (B)
Note: Due to flight connectivity to India from Reykjavik, there is a possibility that you may have to stay an additional night in Copenhagen, Denmark for your flight back home. In major European cities, there are parking restrictions for coaches, and it is not possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Your Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop.

Single room supplement USD 1,520 per person. Infant USD 300 *As a 3rd in a triple, a roll away cot may be provided. **As a 3rd in a double, no bed or cot will be provided to the child. Person below 12 years will be considered as a Child. • Maximum 3 persons are allowed per room.
Visa Requirements:
You must be in possession of a Multiple Entry Schengen visa. The cost of this visa is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.
Ticketing Requirements:
Ticketing Requirements: For this tour you would require confirmed air tickets to arrive into Oslo and depart from Reykjavik. Internal sector flight Bergen - Tromso & Tromso - Reykjavik is included in the tour price. It would be advisable to check with your sales officer or local travel agent for ticketing.
Note: Surcharges will be applicable during Peak and Event periods. Kindly check with your sales officer.
Hotels
All hotels will be either around the airport area or on the outskirts.
Most hotels in Europe have only Twin beds. The double bed will be Queen size and not King size.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
Most hotel rooms in Europe may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions.
Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
The average room size of the hotels in Europe are between 16 – 20 sq.mts
Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.
Any damage caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.
We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
Coaches
Most of your journey in Europe is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean.
Due to hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets on the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
Eating & drinking is not permitted on the coach.
One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach.
Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
Meals
Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible.
On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided.
Sightseeing
On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however, the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.
General
A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary.
Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same.
There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
All optional activities will have to be booked and paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments to be made by cash in the currency as mentioned in your tour price only. (Credit or Debit cards not accepted).
Optional tours are booked & paid on 100% non-refundable & non cancellation policy.
In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.
