Day 01
Welcome to Mexico City.
Mexico is a destination of ancient ruins, magnificent beaches, cosmopolitan cities, Colonial towns, mariachis and tortillas! This lively country has a culture everyone is familiar with and there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Welcome to Mexico City – Capital city of Mexico. On arrival, proceed to your hotel on your own and check-in. Thereafter the day is free to explore the historic town of the city on your own.

Day 02
Guided tour of Mexico City, Explore the Majestic Pyramids of the Sun and Moon in Teotihuacán & Enjoy Mexican Folklore show at Mariachis Square
Today, we drive to the archaeological zone of San Juan Teotihuacan- a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the archaeological site where you will see the Majestic Pyramids of the Sun and Moon. Also visit the Palace of Quetzal, The Temple of de Feathered Serpent and the street of Dead. Next, visit an obsidian workshop where you will learn about the Maguey, the Agave plats & gemstones.
Travel back to Mexico City & proceed on Guided tour. Visit Plaza De Las Tres Culturas – a place influenced by Aztec, Spanish and modern Mexican cultures and is the location of the remains of Tlatelolco, an old Aztec city. Also see Reforma Avenue, Metropolitan Cathedral, Torre Latino & Palacio Postal. Next, visit The Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe - one of the world’s most-visited holy sites.
At the end visit Zocalo - the biggest square in this hemisphere and the second biggest in the world.
In the evening, delight in a mesmerizing Mexican Folklore show at Mariachis Square.

Day 03
Fly to Merida. Guided City tour of Merida
Today, check out the hotel and proceed to the airport to take a flight to Merida - the largest Colonial city in Mexico's wild and wonderful Yucatan Peninsula. On arrival, proceed on guided city tour of Merida. See the most emblematic places such the famous Zocalo, the Cathedral of Merida dedicated to San Idelfonso, the house of Montejo, the Government Palace, the Plaza Mayor, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the main avenue - the Paseo de Montejo.

Day 04
Excursion to Chichen Itza – “New 7 Wonders of the World”, Visit Cenote & Orientation tour of Valladolid.
Today, proceed for the legendary Mayan City of Chichen Itzá, a UNESCO world Heritage Site since 1988 and a New 7 Wonders of the world. In ancient, pre-Colombian times, Chichen Itza was a vibrant city with a diverse population of Mayan people extending well into the tens of thousands. Today, the site is home to the remnants of many ancient Mayan structures, including the famed See the Pyramid of Kukulkan. You will also see The Thousand Temple Columns, Ball court etc. Next, Visit to Cenote -Unique natural wonders in Mexico. Cenotes are essentially large sinkholes or caves, usually found in sedimentary limestone rock, that have filled with cool, clear groundwater and rainwater over time. Here you have a chance to swim in Cenote. On this, day, you will enjoy lavish Mexican buffet lunch. Later drive to Valladolid & proceed on Orientation tour. See the magical town with its San Gervasio Church, Main Square and colorful houses. Valladoid is the most important colonial city of Yucatan province too.

Day 05
Experience Flaura & Fauna Rio Lagartos nature tour by Aqua Safari, Marvel at the pink lakes of Las Coloradas & Chance to Experince Mayan Mud Bath
Today, we drive to Rio Lagartos - It is fishing village & UNESCO recognized as a Biosphere Reserve because of its incredible flora and fauna. On arrival, we take you on Extraordinary Nature tour by Aqua Safari (high speed boat) to see Seabirds, Flamingoes & Crocodiles etc. Also learn about Mangroves too. Later we take you to visit Pink Lakes of Las Coloradas. You also have a chance to experience Mayan mud bath & to swim at virgin beaches of Gulf of Mexico.
After this wonderful tour of Nature, we will continue our journey to Cancun - the heart of the Mexican Caribbean & world’s popular Beach Party destination. Upon arrival, Check into the All Inclusive Hotel.

Half day city tour of Cancun (On SIC Basis)
Today, you proceed on short tour of Cancun city, Explore the natural attractions, shops, and culture of Cancun as well as the hidden treasures missed by most tourists. Rest of the day is free to explore the beautiful beaches of Cancun OR spend leisurely time at your all inclusive hotel which has lot of activities to do. Evening you can also enjoy Theme parties at your hotel.

Day 07
Fly to San Jose. Guided City tour of San Jose. Coffee Tour
After breakfast take a flight to San Jose, On arrival, you proceed San Jose to walk the streets in a city tour, where you'll explore the vibrant culture and rich history of Costa Rica. Visit the country's most iconic museums and bustling markets, where local art, history, and traditions come to life. After discovering the heart of the capital, travel to the stunning town of La Fortuna, located at the base of the Arenal Volcano. Here, you’ll embark on an unforgettable coffee tour, learning about Costa Rica’s coffee production process while tasting some of the finest brews. Day 08

Day 10
Visit the Manuel Antonio National Park
After breakfast, prepare for a visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park, known as a natural bridge between the sea and the land. The magic of the beach and the greenery of the forest come together in one place, and the result is a natural paradise. In addition to beaches, the Park offers a very humid tropical forest where endangered species of flora and fauna coexist, a mangrove swamp, marine environments, islands and a lagoon. In a short drive you can walk along several trails that will take you through a primary forest. You will also have breathtaking views of the sea and enjoy the wildlife that can be found at all times.

Onto San Jose

Fly to Panama!
After breakfast, you will proceed to airport to Panama- home to the iconic Panama Canal. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in on your own. The rest of the day is free for you to experience the pulse of this city on your own.

Day 13
Panoramic City tour of Panama City and Visit Miraflores
After breakfast, start the day with a panoramic tour of the Amador Causeway with a photo stop at the Biomuseo, designed by the famous architect Franck Gehry. Discovery of the colonial district Casco Antiguo, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through its charming alleys to see churches, Plaza Bolivar, and Plaza de Francia, where the French Embassy is located. Later Visit of the locks of Miraflores, from where you can observe the transit of boats on the Panamá Canal.
Return to the hotel.

Day 14
Visit Gatun Lake. Experience lifestyle of Embera-Wounaan Indigenous Community
Today, Navigation for an approach of the small islands of the Gatun Lake, including the famous Isla Mono to observe many species of monkey. A part of this journey will be on the Panama Canal, where with some luck, you will come across huge container ships. After a short boat ride, you will meet the Embera-Wounaan community to learn more about their lifestyle. Walk in the forest to find out all about the use of plants to feed, heal and dress. Presentation of their traditional dances.

Visa Requirements
You must be in possession of a valid visa Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama . (ANY nationality holding valid USA, Canada, Japan, South Korea or Schengen visas do not need a prior visa to visit Mexico, Costa Rica & Panama. The only conditions being that the visa must be valid for 3 months and should be stamped in your passport) The cost of this visas is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.
Ticketing Requirements
To participate on this tour, you need to be in possession of valid air tickets for travel within South America for the following sectors: Mexico City – Merida (surface) Cancun - San Jose - Panama. It is mandatory to purchase these tickets through SOTC. Confirmed air reservations for these sectors have already been made by us. The cost of this internal ticket is USD 860 per person which has to be paid at the time of booking the tour.

*As a 3rd in a triple, a roll away cot may be provided. **As a 3rd in a double, no bed or cot will be provided to the child. Person below 12 years will be considered as a Child. Person below 12 years will be considered as a Child • Maximum 3 persons are allowed per room.
Note
• Yellow fever vaccination is compulsory.
• There is a possibility that your Tour Manager could change in-between the tour.
• As a third person in a Triple room, no extra bed or cot will be provided. Instead a room with two queen beds will be provided.
• Internal flights would be via flights with one stop.
•On days when you are taking internal flights, there is a possibility that we might provide packed meal in case the flight timing does not suit the meal time.
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach. Services of our SOTC Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• All local taxes and services (Presently calculated as prevailing on 1th September 2023).
• A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child.
• A baby below 24 months of age on date of return flight will be considered an infant.
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary. Please check with your sales representative for final details.
• Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
•In some cities, there is a possibility that you may have to wait at the airport (in the terminal as would have been informed to you before departure by your booking office) for multiple flight arrivals/departures of different groups.
• Group departures will be operated in Co-operation with SOTC Travel Ltd & Thomas Cook India Ltd).
POINTS TO BE NOTED
• It is advisable to book more than 45 days prior to the tour departure date as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the Tour cost
• The airfare is based on the existing fare structure (Presently calculated as prevailing on 1st September 2023). Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulations, ticket taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. SOTC Travel Ltd will not be held responsible for the same
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. SOTC Travel Ltd will not be liable for the same
• The management reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary
• The images used in this brochure are for representation purposes only
• A date change fee, as applicable, will be levied on passengers who change their date of travel
• For the convenience of our passengers, we may sometimes will have to amend the itinerary. However all services will remain the same
• The company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure
• Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance
• Passengers can board the tour from the hub city. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passengers
• Attractions in the theme parks may not operate/may change/entry restricted/closed without notice • Other applicable taxes will be extra
• The company shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
