Day 1
Arrive at Taipei Welcome to Taiwan. Upon arrival, welcome by the Tour Manager/ local tour guide and transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Overnight in Taipei.(D)

Day 2
Visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall - Visit Martyrs Shrine - Visit National Palace Museum - Visit Shifen Waterfall After breakfast, head to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, a national monument and tourist attraction erected in memory of Chiang Kai-shek, former President of the Republic of China. Next, visit Martyrs’ Shrine, a shrine dedicated to the war dead of the Republic of China. Continue the tour with a visit to National Palace Museum which has a collection of nearly 700,000 pieces of ancient Chinese artefacts and artworks. Conclude the day with a visit to Shifen Waterfall which is famous for its bedrock slopes in the opposite direction of the water flow. Overnight in Taipei. (B, L, D)
Day 3
Visit Taipei Zoo - Visit Taipei 101 Observatory - Free Time at Ximending After breakfast, we proceed to visit Taipei Zoo, famous for its resident panda family, as well as an impressive array of birds, reptiles, insects and other animals. We then visit Taipei 101 Observatory which offers stunning 360-degree views of the city. In the evening, we visit Ximending street, a bustling, colorful shopping district of Taiwan. Overnight in Taipei. (B, L, D)
Day 4
Taipei - Seoul After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport for our flight to South Korea. Welcome to South Korea, the country now super popular because of the K-POP culture, K Dramas and centuries of the history. Arrive at Incheon International airport and you will be met and transferred to your hotel and check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Overnight in Seoul. (B, D)
Day 5:
Gapyeong Rail Bike – Nami Island - Free Time at Myeongdong street After breakfast, head to Gapeyong Rail Bike , Cart-like bikes fixed to a rail track that runs across a river & through a tunnel of zelkova trees. Later, we proceed to Nami Island which is full of attractive landscapes and was used as the filming location for the famous Korean drama “Winter Sonata”. In the evening, enjoy free time in Myeongdong, Seoul’s vibrant shopping district known for its energetic atmosphere, street food stalls, and endless cosmetic and fashion shops. Overnight in Seoul. Day 6:
Visit N Seoul Tower - Visit Gyeongbokgung Palace – Flight from Seoul - Jeju Island After breakfast, proceed to The N Seoul Tower, officially the YTN Seoul Tower and a.k.a. Namsan Tower, a communication and observation tower around 236 mts tall structure marking the second highest point in Seoul. Later we procced to Gyeongbokgung Palace, a stunning architectural gem in pagoda style, where you will have the opportunity to wear a traditional Hanbok costume. Next we proceed to the airport to take a flight to Jeju Island. Upon arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Overnight in Jeju Island ( B, L, D)
Day 7:
Seongeup Folk Village – Scongsan Ilchulbong Peak – Tangerine Garden Farm – Eco Land Train Theme Park. After breakfast, We proceed to the tour of Eastern Jeju where you visit Seongeup Folk Village, is a traditional Korean folk village, has been continually inhabited for around 600 years, since the 15th century, and is maintained to resemble its traditional premodern form. Later we proceed to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, is a UNESCO Natural World Heritage Site, it is famed for being the easternmost mountain on Jeju. Next we travel west, to Tangerine Picking Experience, and last stop Eco land Train theme park , Charming park offering ambling old-fashioned train rides through various gardens & picnic areas. Overnight in Jeju Island ( B, LL, D)
Day 8:
Hallim Botanical Garden and Lava Tubes – Hyeopjae Beach - OSulloc Green Tea Museum– Flight from Jeju Island – Busan After breakfast and hotel check-out, explore Jeju’s highlights – the lush Hallim Botanical Garden, fascinating Lava Tubes, and the scenic Hyeopjae Beach. Next, treat yourself to Jeju’s signature green tea ice cream at the O’Sulloc Tea Museum. Later, fly from Jeju (CJU) to Gimhae (PUS). Arrive in Busan, Upon arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. (Standard check in time 1400-1500 hrs). Overnight in Busan ( B, LL, D)
Day 9:
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple – Haedundea Sky Capsule – Oryukdo Skywalk – Gamcheon Culture Village – KTX Train from Busan- Seoul After breakfast, visit the iconic Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, a stunning seaside sanctuary, before riding the scenic Haeundae Sky Capsule for breathtaking coastal views. Walk the thrilling glass-bottom Oryukdo Skywalk and soak in panoramic vistas, then explore the vibrant alleys and colorful art of Gamcheon Culture Village. Later, board the high-speed KTX train for a comfortable journey from Busan to Seoul. Arrive in Seoul. Upon arrival, transfer from the airport to the hotel for check in. Day 10:
De Militarized Zone (DMZ) Tour – Visit Hyundai Motor Studio – Nanta Show Begin your adventure at Hyundai Motor Studio, the largest mobility theme park in South Korea, where cutting-edge automotive innovation meets interactive fun. Afterward, head to the De Militarized Zone (DMZ) at the border between North and South Korea for a guided tour, observing the highly guarded site under South Korean Military regulations. Take in a view of North Korea from the observatories, gaining insight into the region's history and geopolitics. In the evening, enjoy the world-famous Nanta Show, a high-energy, non-verbal performance blending comedy, music, and culinary theatrics for an entertaining finale to your day. Departure Today, we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. It’s time to say goodbye to all the new friends you have made. Visa Requirements:
You must be in possession of a valid Single entry Taiwan & Korea visa. The cost of these visas is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.
Ticketing Requirements:
For this tour you would require confirmed air tickets to arrive into Taipei & depart from Seoul. Internal flights Taipei – Seoul, Seoul - Jeju Island & Jeju Island – Busan are included in your tour price. It would be advisable to check with your sales officer or local travel agent for ticketing.
Airline
We advise to carry maximum of 1 big and 1 cabin bag per person, especially if internal flights on tour and Train Journey are involved during your tour. (Luggage allowance in Internal Flights 15kgs). Also, every bag is guest responsibility and porterage is not included at Hotels, Airport, Immigration halls, Train stations, Cruise terminals etc • Prohibited items – E- cigarettes, displaying Images of Buddha, Travelling by Land in Thailand, Korea & Japan.
Hotels
Many hotels in Japan & S Korea have only Twin beds. Double bed will mostly be Queen size and not King size. • For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room. • As a 3rd adult person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the SAME as a Twin/ double room. ( Hence we also strongly suggest you to upgrade Triple into 2 separate rooms during booking) • Average standard room size in East Asia is 15 - 18 square meter. • Standard Check in time 1500 hrs; Standard check out time 1200hrs. Early Check in & late Checkout is subjected to availability and at an extra Cost. Adjoining room’s requests are subjected to availability during Check In. • All hotels rooms booked for group are Standard category. Getting a double room or a twin room is subjected to availability of the same in Hotel during check in. • All selected hotels on above tour, serve breakfast which is a combination of continental & local dishes as per hotel standard. Indian meals will be provided during Lunches & Dinners as per itinerary. During peak holiday seasons queuing up at breakfast/ meal area is a normal practice in Japan & S Korea hotels & restaurants. • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property. Restaurants & Sightseeing attractions are mostly naturally ventilated. • A person 12 years and below is considered a child and above 12 years, an adult. • Due to international events and trade fairs all throughout Asia such as Air Show, music festivals, sports championships etc., you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city. • During certain dates stay may be split in two hotels • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. • We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
Coaches
There is a strict Driving time restriction on all tourist coaches in Japan & S Korea by Government. Hence itinerary follows strict timings for all sightseeing planned. • Most of your journey in Asia is by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean. • Due to hygienic reasons it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives. • Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach. • One check in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach. • In most of cities, there are parking restrictions for coach and it may not be possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop. • Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
General Points
Tips of USD 05 per person per day are compulsory in Taiwan & Korea for services of the guide, driver, hotel staff etc. The same needs to be given to the Tour Manager on the first day. It will be applicable per Adult and Child. Amount to be paid in US Dollar only. • One can only buy data sim card for Internet use only or can rent a phone for calling in Japan. Calling + data card not available. Matrix sim cards are not compatible with all the hand phones. • Attractions like Mt Fuji, Cable car, Owakudani Boiling Valley, Tokyo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, UENO Park, Miyajima etc are subjected to operation w.r.t weather & Government authority clearance. • At times some Japanese temples are closed due to ceremonial reasons, in such cases the group shall visit an alternate temple or sightseeing spot. • Must carry – Universal adaptor, Umbrella & warm wear. Certain cities receive rainfall throughout the year. Weather in Japan & S Korea is unpredictable. • Room size in Japan & South Korea is anywhere between 15 to 18 sqm for standard twin room. For guest comfort and space a twin room can be made available instead of double during check in. • Air conditioning in all hotels is subject to climatic conditions & operates at a standard centralized temperature only after government declares peak summer in the country. • In hotels tea and coffee sachets are not available. Most of the hotels have local Japanese tea i.e. without creamer and sugar. • In Japan, only Japanese Yen will be accepted for purchasing anything or for any services rendered. •The tour will be operated subject to a minimum of 25 full-paying passengers travelling together. In the event that the group size is less than 25 passengers you will be given on option of travelling on FIT basis, by paying an additional supplement on seat in coach basis with local representatives to assist you. • When the tour has less than 25 adults and is operated on a seat-in-coach basis, there will be instances where the driver acts as a guide as well. • A person below 12 years is considered child and above 12 years, an adult. • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use roll away beds or 2 queen size beds and the room size may be the same as a double room. • We strongly recommend booking a twin and supplementing single room instead of a Triple room for your tour in Japan. • For certain departures, we may re-route the itinerary. However all sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same. On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate members. • Delays or Rescheduling in Flights or Bullet trains during tour can affect sightseeing inclusions or schedule. • Surcharges due to Local Events applicable on certain departures. • Carry passport, Travel document, Visa at all times during the tour. • Entire Tour Program is designed & pre planned with various appointments and schedule, hence we request you to always be in time for smooth conduct of group tour. • Most hotels have Centralized Air Conditioners which is set at a specific temperature for entire property.
