On arrival at Cape Town, you will be greeted by local representative outside the baggage hall and proceed to the hotel (Standard Check-in time is 1500hrs). After that, relax and enjoy your evening. Overnight in Cape Town. (D)
Day 02 - 26 Dec 2026
Cape Town City Tour - Table Mountain – Helicopter Ride
Today we proceed for a city tour of Cape Town. Enjoy a 360-degree cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting). Later, visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront.
Drive past Greenmarket Square, District Six, Company Gardens, Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Castle of Good Hope, and Slave Lodge. Experience a 12 min Helicopter ride in Cape Town (weather permitting). Enjoy an immersive evening at Cape Town’s Gold Restaurant, featuring a seasonal 14-course tasting menu and live performances by singers, dancers, and giant Mali puppets. Enjoy the djembe drumming lesson to learn authentic West African rhythms and join the festivities.

Day 03 - 27 Dec 2026
Cape Peninsula Tour
Today, we proceed for a full-day Cape Peninsula tour. Enjoy a cruise to Hout Bay to see Cape Fur Seals (weather permitting). Drive along the scenic Chapman’s Peak Drive and pass by Simon’s Town. Visit the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach, take a funicular ride at Cape Point, and enjoy a photo stop at the Cape of Good Hope. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Cape Town. (B, LL, D)
Day 04 - 28 Dec 2026
On to Garden Route - Hermanus
Check-out and start your journey to Garden Route via Hermanus (122 km). On arrival in Hermanus enjoy a walking tour around the Scenic Town. Proceed for Wine tasting. Later proceed towards George / Mossel Bay (308 km). Overnight at George or Mossel Bay. (B, LL, D)

Oudtshoorn – Cango Caves - Ostrich Farm – Cango Wildlife Ranch
Proceed to Oudtshoorn and visit Cango Caves, one of South Africa's most renowned natural attractions. Continue to Ostrich Farm for a guided tour to learn about the world's largest bird and the region's rich ostrich farming heritage. Bloukrans Bridge: World’s highest commercial Bungy Jump point – Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary – Birds of Eden
Drive on the scenic route to Bloukrans Bridge (176 km). Enjoy free time at Bloukrans Bridge. Next, explore Monkeyland Primate Sanctuary, home to free-roaming primates living in a natural forest environment. Later, visit Birds of Eden, one of the world's largest free-flight aviaries. Celebrate New Year’s Eve in Kruger with a boma dinner featuring local dishes, a campfire setting, music and cultural entertainment. Welcome the New Year under the open sky. Tipping is expected from anyone providing your service e.g. Coach Driver, Local Guides etc. It is mandatory to tip a nominal amount of USD 5 per person/per day to be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour.
Porterage, tips, Insurance, laundry, telephone charges, airport transfers, transfers all items of personal nature and also food and drinks not forming part of the group menus.
Cost of Suggested Excursions. (Suggested Excursions will be operated subject to minimum 20 passengers).

Visa Requirements:
You must be in possession of a valid Single entry visa for South Africa. The cost of this visa is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.
Ticketing Requirements:
For this tour you would require confirmed air tickets to arrive into Cape Town and depart from Johannesburg. Internal flight from George to Johannesburg is included in the tour price. It would be advisable to check with your SOTC sales officer or local travel agent for ticketing.
Important Note:
1. Game viewing is a matter of luck and chance. We do not commit to any specific animal viewing
2. All travels in are on 4 x 4 Non - Air Conditioning Safari Vehicles
3. If you book 4 pax in one room (2 adults + 2 children) you will be provided a family room with 2 queen size beds OR 1 double bed with sofa cum double bed
4. Standard Hotel check-in time will be 1500 hours and check out at 1000 hrs.
5. We will use standard rooms at all hotels.

Important Notes:
Airport-to-group hotel and group hotel to airport transfers are included for NRI guests if arriving on or after 07 AM and on or before 09 PM. These transfers are included for arrival and departure city only. For transfers not falling within these timings a surcharge may apply. Kindly check with us for more details. Early check in and / or late check out is not included.
Airline and Airfare
The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 1st July 2026. Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers.
Passengers missing flights - In such cases the entire ticket/booking gets a no show and stands canceled. A new return ticket needs to be purchased by the passengers.

Cost of Travel to Hub City is not a part of the package.
Hotels
Hotel as per the specified category in the above itinerary or similar.
As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels offer roll-away beds and room size will be the same as double room.
For Child with bed: At times hotel don’t have enough roll-away beds, in that case they might give a double and a separate single room.
A person 12 years and below is considered child and above 12 years, an adult.
Hotel rooms may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per European weather conditions.
Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority.
Due to international events and trade fairs you may have to stay in hotels further away from the city.
Any damages caused to the hotel rooms / Coach during the stay shall be payable by the passengers.
We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.
Hotels in certain cities are not offering buffet breakfasts due to health regulations. If the same does not change by the time the tours operate, we will organize breakfasts at Indian / local restaurant.
Coaches/ 4w4 Vehicles
Coaches are an important part of your journeys and we request our guests to keep the coach clean.
Due to hygiene factors it is not permitted to use toilets in the coach. However the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives.
Eating & drinking is not permitted in the coach.
Due to limited boot space in the coach we suggest you to carry one check-in bag & one hand bag per person only
Due to parking regulations and designated drop off & pick up points it is not possible to stop at all the places during the city tour. Tour Manager will try his/her best to stop coach wherever possible for a photo stop.
Coaches do not have a wheelchair access. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.
Safari vehicles are NON AC 7 seater with an open top roof for better game viewing. We might provide a normal vehicle for transfers only from major cities
The baggage space is at the rear end of the vehicle and space is limited. If you are taking a longer vacation i.e. combination with South Africa we would recommend to leave some luggage back at the hotel in Nairobi.
Coaches are forbidden inside most of the historic city centers; to preserve them from damage caused by pollution and getting overcrowded. Most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and by foot in the historic and heritage centers.
Safari vehicles Air Conditioning
Our safari vehicles have no air-conditioning. During game drives pop roof hatch & windows will be opened. For other drives, windows can be opened to allow for fresh air. However, there are some sections on the way to national parks where windows need to be closed and the vehicle can get dusty and hot sometimes.
Safari vehicles Speed - The going can be slow over the long distances and often bumpy roads.
Meals
All Meals are pre–set.
Packed meals will be provided on certain days.
Sightseeing
Due to logistical reasons certain departures may have amendments or reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same.
Generally, you will have to walk at sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.
Every Site / Monuments has its own set of rules and regulations. We need to respect this and ensure that we follow the same.
All our visits are booked in advance to avoid delays, at the same time there may be delays caused due to over crowding, local regulations, security check etc.
General
On some occasions you may have to join another group in case the group does not have adequate number of members.
A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during the your initial part of you tour.
Security alerts and unforseen closures may affect the itinerary.
Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage.
Disabled clients shall carry their own wheelchair & be accompanied by a qualified companion who is able to provide assistance to the disabled client per their regular/routine requirements.
SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers alone. Insurance policies must be carried along all throughout while on tour.
The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services.
The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we may at times amend the itinerary to suit prevalent conditions & at the same time attain optimum utilization of the tour. All the services as per itinerary shall remain the same as it is during such amends.
There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour
In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.
