Day 1:
Arrive Vancouver
Transfers: Upon arrival at Vancouver International airport (YVR), you will meet the representative and transferred to the hotel in a private vehicle.

Special Note:
1. Please note the flight should arrive before 3:00 pm at the Vancouver airport.
2. Please note that the hotel may take your Credit card at the time of check-in towards Incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the guests check out if no charges are incurred.
3. In the evening meet and greet with tour representative will be at 6:00 pm in the lobby. Please note that if your flight is coming in late, you will miss the itinerary scheduled for that day and there will not be any refunds for the same.

Day 2:
Day Trip To Whistler
Transfers: Vancouver to Whistler and back to Vancouver.

Day Trip to Whistler: Drive towards Whistler. Have a quick photo stop at Shannon Falls, a 481- meter -high waterfall. Later proceed to Whistler, a pretty alpine village under the shadow of the Blackcomb Mountains. Whistler needs no introduction. Home to Whistler Blackcomb, North America’s largest ski resort, this year-round mountain playground is glamorous and youthful with an adventurous soul. Free time to explore Whistler Village. Take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride to enjoy the panoramic views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow -capped mountains.

Capilano Bridge: Appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exciting new Cliff Walk. Guided City Tour of Vancouver: Learn more about the city through a guided city tour of Vancouver by an experienced step-on guide covering all the iconic places like Stanley Park, Gastown, and Steam clock. From colourful downtown neighbourhoods to culturally diverse suburbs and mountainside districts, there's plenty to explore!

Kamloops - Jasper
Transfers: Travel from Kamloops to Jasper.

Kamloops to Jasper Enroute Sightseeing: Today’s journey takes you across a new time zone as you travel through some of Canada’s most stunning landscapes. You will see Mount Robson, the tallest mountain in the Canadian Rockies on the way. The Yellowhead Highway continues south along the mighty Thompson River, with spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains.

Day 5:
Jasper – Banff
Transfers: Travel form Jasper to Banff. Enroute Sightseeing: The tour of the Canadian Rockies continues with a full day journey to Banff, a Scenic drive via Icefields Parkway with a stop at Peyto Lake enroute to Banff National Park. There will be a quick photo-stop at the Athabasca Falls.

Glacier Discovery Centre: Visit the Glacier Discovery Centre along the scenic Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93). You can board an Ice Explorer bus here that will take you onto the Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk on the ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick. Then take the shuttle to the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk, suspended 280 m (919 ft) over the Sunwapta Valley, for stunning aerial views of glittering glaciers and rugged mountain peaks.

Banff – Lake Louise – Yoho National Park

Transfers:

Meet and greet: Meet and greet with the tour representative at 6 PM in the hotel lobby. The tour representative will prepare you for your upcoming adventure.

A maximum of 3 people (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.
The rates are not valid on block-out dates which cover sporting events, trade fairs, conventions, and major congresses
Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
To proceed with the booking, you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit depending on the package which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be adjusted accordingly.
The rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
We are not holding any Hotel blocks for this package.
The Standard International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges and from specific airports only.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies and may be from designated points. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.

As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check-in for each room.
