Day 01
Welcome aboard an exciting tour to South America. Your journey to South America starts in Rio de Janeiro. On arrival, proceed to your hotel and check-in on your own. Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Rio De Janeiro. (D)

Note: The standard check-in time at the hotel is 1500 hrs.

Day 02
Visit statue of Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, City Tour. Today, we start our day by taking a cog-wheel train up to the Corcovado Mountain to visit the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. Later, proceed on a guided city tour of Rio, drive through downtown Rio, passing by the Maracana Stadium, the Sambodrome and Metropolitan Cathedral. Later in the afternoon we visit the world-famous Sugar Loaf Mountain which has become an iconic symbol of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Get a unique experience in the cable car while going up to the mountain. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B, D)

Day 03
Rio Carnival Museum Experience. Tour of Tijuca Forest & Santa Teresa by Jeeps. Copacabana beach. Today you proceed to enjoy a guided backstage tour of the Academics da Grande Rio– one of the leading samba schools of the city of Rio de Janeiro. Get to know, through an Explanatory Panel Presentation, about the history of samba and carnival parades. You will enter into the samba atmosphere, where costumes are available for dressing up and photographs, while enjoying a traditional welcome drink, the Caipirinha. Embark on an exciting backstage tour of Cidade do Samba, the impressive complex of workshops for Rio's world-famous Carnival. See where all the magic is created and get insight into the detailed processes that culminate in the planet's most vibrant street party. Be fascinated by the display of creativity that features a wide array of colorful, shiny and extravagant costumes used in the parades. Later embark in a private Jeep for an exciting scenic drive along Rio's famous beaches and through the heart of the lush Tijuca Forest - the largest urban forest in the world. Stop at the Chinese View belvedere with a magnificent view of the Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, the Guanabara Bay and the Sugar Loaf. During the tour, usually we can see tropical animals like monkeys’ sloths, and exotic birds. We also visit the famous Copacabana Beach and the downtown area.

Day 04
Fly to Iguassu. Three borders mark Today, we will drive to the airport to board your flight to Iguassu. Iguassu is famous for its stunning falls. A total of 275 waterfalls make up the Iguassu Falls, which are the widest and most imposing waterfalls on earth. Later you will visit the 3 Borders Landmark which will be full of unforgettable surprises in the most charming place in Foz do Iguaçu. The place has a special energy of people, nations and cultures. The obelisk that marks the Brazilian border, the landmark of three countries, is an invitation to a centuries-old journey through Brazil and the continent. Overnight in Iguassu. (B, D)

Day 05
Visit Iguassu Falls from Brazilian Side. Visit the Bird Park. Chance to view Iguassu Falls tour by Helicopter (Optional) Today, we take a trip to the Brazilian side of the falls. We walk along a narrow 1,500m. path and along with the catwalk that goes very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat, from where you will enjoy breathtaking views over the Brazilian side of the falls. Bird Park is an ecological sanctuary, linking ecotourism with conservation. Huge nurseries provide a basic understanding of some 900 birds, 150 species. Brazilian birds predominate, but there are species from Australia, Africa and Asia represented. Other attractions include a butterfly nursery with approximately 25 species of reptiles, where you can see snakes and alligators from just a few meters away. Later you get a chance to Experience unrivaled views of Iguassu Falls—one of the New7 Wonders of Nature—during a panoramic helicopter ride that reveals both the Argentine and Brazilian sides of the waterfalls Overnight in Iguassu. Day 06
Fly to Manaus. Enjoy the ‘Meeting of the Waters’ cruise on River Negro. Today, We take a flight to Manaus. Upon arrival, get ready for an adventure on a riverboat tour of the ‘Meeting of the Waters’. The incredible place where two distinct bodies of water meet, but don’t mix. Temperature, density and velocity differences keep these two bodies of water separate for more than 6 miles before at last they join to form the great Amazon. Later, proceed to jungle lodge a place surrounded by nature. Overnight in Manaus. (B, D)

Day 07
Visit to Monkey Forest. Today, take a trip to visit a native resident’s house and learn more about the traditions and customs of local Amazonian natives. Later, visit the Monkey Forest for a close encounter with the wildlife. Next, proceed for a night tour of the Amazon in paddle or motorized canoes, where you have a chance of spotting small alligators and other nocturnal animals. Overnight in Manaus. (B, D)

Day 08
Nature Hiking Tour in Rainforest. Today, proceed for a nature hiking tour in the Amazon Rainforest, the world’s largest tropical rainforest, famous for its biodiversity. On this tour the guide will educate you about the local flora/fauna, edible fruits, potable water, first aid, how to find your way around in the forest and much more. Later you can try your hand on fishing, on the river. Overnight in Manaus. (B, D)

Day 09
Fly to Sao Paulo. Orientation city tour of Sao Paulo Today, proceed to airport for your flight to Sao Paulo. On arrival, proceed for Orientation tour of Sao Paulo. Next proceed to your hotel and check-in. Later you have some free time to explore the city on your own. Overnight in Sao Paulo. (B, D)

Day 10
Bid farewell. Today, proceed to the airport on your own as your memorable tour comes to an end. Please do spare a few moments of your valuable time to write and share with us your wonderful experience. (B)

Visa Requirements
You must be in possession of a Single entry Brazil Visa. The cost of this visas is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.

Ticketing Requirements:
To participate on this tour, you need to be in possession of valid air tickets for travel within South America for the following sectors: Rio de Janeiro – Iguassu – Manaus– Sao Paulo. It is mandatory to purchase these tickets through SOTC. Confirmed air reservations for these sectors have already been made by us. The cost of this internal ticket is USD 2250 per person which has to be paid at the time of booking the tour.

*As a 3rd in a triple, a roll away cot may be provided. **As a 3rd in a double, no bed or cot will be provided to the child. Person below 12 years will be considered as a Child. Person below 12 years will be considered as a Child • Maximum 3 persons are allowed per room.

• Yellow fever vaccination is compulsory.
• There is a possibility that your Tour Manager could change in-between the tour.
• As a third person in a Triple room, no extra bed or cot will be provided. Instead a room with two queen beds will be provided.
• Internal flights would be via flights with one stop.
•On days when you are taking internal flights, there is a possibility that we might provide packed meal in case the flight timing does not suit the meal time.
• All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach. Services of our SOTC Tour Manager or local representatives, while on tour.
• On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
• A local representative or your coach driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour.
• All local taxes and services (Presently calculated as prevailing on 1st September 2023).
• A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child.
• A baby below 24 months of age on date of return flight will be considered an infant.
• Land surcharges applicable on certain departure dates.
• Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary. Please check with your sales representative for final details.
• Certain sightseeing and excursions may not operate on public holidays.
•In some cities, there is a possibility that you may have to wait at the airport (in the terminal as would have been informed to you before departure by your booking office) for multiple flight arrivals/departures of different groups.

Points to be noted
• It is advisable to book more than 45 days prior to the tour departure date as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the Tour cost
• The airfare is based on the existing fare structure (Presently calculated as prevailing on 21st Dec 2025). Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in fuel price, change in government regulations, ticket taxes etc. charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passenger. SOTC Travel Ltd will not be held responsible for the same
• Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. SOTC Travel Ltd will not be liable for the same
• The management reserves the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services
• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursions advertised or substitute a hotel of similar class if deemed necessary
• The images used in this brochure are for representation purposes only
• A date change fee, as applicable, will be levied on passengers who change their date of travel
• For the convenience of our passengers, we may sometimes will have to amend the itinerary. However all services will remain the same
• The company reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary. The same will be informed to the client before departure
• Due to Trade Fairs and conventions in the cities, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city. The same will be informed in advance
• Passengers can board the tour from the hub city. Those boarding from any other city can do so, however all expenses to/from the hub city is to be borne by the passengers
