Accommodation:

Meals:
6 breakfasts at the hotel (Except day 1)
6 Dinner at an Indian restaurants with Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, and Jain options, depending on the restaurant’s available menu.

Transportation:
From Toronto Airport to the hotel via hotel shuttle. Drop-off from Montreal hotel will also be via hotel shuttle. If the shuttle is not operating, passengers will need to arrange and pay for a cab on their own.
Tour will be conducted in a 55-Seater/ 22-Seater/ 15-Seater/ van/ sedan based on the number of people booked for the tour. When the group size is 10 or below the tour manager will be driving the tour.

International air ticket, Domestic ticket if any, Airport taxes & Visa charges.
Travel insurance
Meals other than those specified (if any).
Laundry, telephone, optional excursions and other items of a personal nature.

Mandatory Tips: USD$ 6 per person per day (applicable to both adults and children). Tips must be paid directly to the Tour Director for distribution to the driver and Tour Manager. Prepayment of tips is not permitted.

Important Note:
Guest flight will be arriving on Sunday in Toronto and departing out of Montreal. Please make a note of this while booking the flight.
Hotel Check-in will be at 3 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m.
The hotel may place a hold on your credit card at check-in to cover incidentals. This hold will be released at checkout if no charges are incurred. We highly recommend that guests confirm the hold release with the front desk upon checkout. Please note that this is the guest’s responsibility, and we are not liable.
Airport shuttle pickups are available only for passengers arriving by flight. The recommended arrival time is before 4 PM.

Cancellation Policy and Charges from Travel Date:
Greater Than 28 Days – 100% Refund.
30-21 Days – 50% Refund
Less Than 20 Days – 0% Refund.

Working Credit card - On Guest name - Hotels accept incidentals (International credit/debit card)- Master Card, Visa, American Express, and discovery card for all incidental charges.

Important Notes:
The above price is based on minimum 2 Passengers travelling together.
The above price is not valid for travel during Trade Fairs & Events.
Hotels may charge a credit card deposit for incidentals.
Maximum 3 people (adult / child) are allowed per room.
Midnight surcharges apply for transfers between 2200 hrs. – 0700 hrs.
WIFI, Tea / Coffee making facility etc. in the rooms cannot be guaranteed. (Supplement charges may apply for such services)
Standard check-in time into the hotel is 1600 Hrs.
At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability
Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay for it themselves.
Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
Seating arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant's guidelines.

Black out period will attract surcharges and above rates could differ.
The rates are valid for minimum 02 adults travelling together at all times.
A maximum of 3 people (2 adult + 1 child or 3 adults) are allowed per room.
The rates are not valid on block-out dates which cover sporting events, trade fairs, conventions, and major congresses
Surcharges wherever applicable would be advised at the time of booking.
To proceed with the booking, you need to pay Non-Refundable Booking deposit depending on the package which will be adjusted towards the cost of the tour.
Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be adjusted accordingly.
The rates are subject to the availability of hotel accommodation and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. We reserve the right to use alternate hotel accommodation of an equal or higher standard. If we source a more expensive alternative, we reserve the right to re-quote based on the higher rates.
We are not holding any Hotel blocks for this package.
The Standard International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfers wherever included are without night surcharges and from specific airports only.
No refunds either in part or in full will be made for any unutilized service.
All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies and may be from designated points. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes if any will be intimated at the time of booking.
Sightseeing tours are strictly based on weather conditions and local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.
Rates subject to change without prior notice and for clients travelling during weekends.
Offer can be withdrawn at any point without prior notice. Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at that time.
As a practice all international hotels charge a security deposit via credit card or cash, at the time of check-in for each room. The amount will vary according to the hotel and is refunded back to the clients upon check-out. Debit cards should not be offered as it will be charged immediately and refunded only after 2-3 weeks. If any additional services or mini bar or any other service is utilized at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to charge the same on this security deposit provided by the client. The said organisation would not be responsible for these transactions, and these are solely between the hotels and the clients.
The organisation will not be responsible for any change in the price due to factors not in the control of the organisation.
