Welcome Azerbaijan - Arrival - Check in
Welcome to Baku, Azerbaijan. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel & check in. (Standard Check in time after 1500 hrs). Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 02
Guided city tour of Baku - Walking tour of Old Town – Visit
Hyder Aliyev Center - Free time at Nizami Street
This morning after buffet breakfast, visit the Heydar Aliyev Center, a building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. Later visit to Highland Park and Alley of Martyrs followed by photo-stop at the National Assembly and the Flame towers - the tallest skyscraper in Baku. Post lunch, we proceed on walking tour of Old City - the historical core of Baku. Photo stop at the Shirvanshahs Palace and Maiden Tower. Later enjoy some free time at Nizami Street. (B, L, D)

Day 03
Visit Ateshgah ( Fire Temple) - Visit Yanar Dag (Fire Mountain) - Free time at Deniz Mall This morning after buffet breakfast, proceed towards Ateshgah (Fire Temple) - a temple used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. The pentagonal complex, which has a courtyard surrounded by cells for monks and a tetra pillar-altar in the middle, was built during the 17th and 18th centuries. Later proceed to Yanar Dag (Fire Mountain)- a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula. Free time at Deniz Mall. Overnight in Baku. (B, L, D)

Day 04
Day Excursion to Gabala - Visit Tufandag Ski Resort - Photo stop at Lake Nohur
This morning after buffet breakfast, checkout and depart towards Gabala, the north-west of Azerbaijan. On arrival proceed on a Cable Car ride to Tufandaq Winter-Summer Tourism Complex located at 1920 meters above sea level. Enjoy free time at the top. Later we stop at Nohur Lake - one of the most beautiful lakes surrounded by mountains. Drive to Sheki and Check-in to hotel.

Day 05
Drive to Tbilisi, Georgia - Arrival - Guided City Tour of Tbilisi - Visit Chronicles of Georgia - Visit Mtskheta
This morning after buffet breakfast, check out and drive to Tbilisi, Georgia. On arrival proceed for an orientation tour. Visit Metekhi Cathedral. Take a cable car ride to Narikala Fortress. Walk across the Bridge of Peace & continue to explore underground sulphur baths the district of naturally hot mineral waters. Walk pass the cafe street - Shardeni, Synagogue, Sioni Cathedral and the most ancient Anchiskhati Basilica.Visit Chronicles of Georgia. Drive to Mtskheta - Visit the Jvari Monastery and Svetitskoveli Cathedral Walk along the narrow streets of Mtskheta for some souvenir shopping. Overnight in Tbilisi. (B, Lunch, D) Note: • There will be Border Crossing today with a walk involving approx. 800 metres with your luggage followed with immigration formalities • Minimum USD 500 per person in cash on hand is required for the tour for border crossing into Georgia.

Day 06
Day Excursion - Visit Ananuri Fortress – Visit Zhinvali Reservoir – Gudauri Ski Resort – Visit Georgia - Russia Friendship Monument - Visit Kazbegi & Gregeti Trinity Church This morning after buffet breakfast, we will drive on the Georgian Military Highway, to the border with Russia. Throughout the route you will be surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery. Visit Ananuri Fortress. Stop at the Zhinvali Water Reservoir and see an amazing view of the Gudauri Ski Resort. Later we visit Stepantsminda known as Kazbegi, small town in the north-east Georgia. Visit the Gergeti Trinity Church located 2200 meters above sea level. Return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi. Note: The route to Kazbegi passes through high altitude mountain passes; driving pass the route is subject to weather conditions that affected by heavy snowfall. In case of heavy snow fall the tour routing will be altered. Day 07 Day Excursion - Visit Kahheti Wine Region - Visit Old Town of Sighnaghi - Visit Bodbe Monastery This morning after buffet breakfast, we will visit the most picturesque hilltop town of Sighnaghi, situated in the very heart of Georgia’s wine growing region, with pastel houses and narrow cobblestone streets overlooking the vast Alazani Valley and Caucasus Mountains. After wine tasting & bread making at Kakheti Winery we will visit Bodbe Female Monastery (grave of Saint Nino - enlightener of Georgia). Return to Tbilisi.

Day 08
Drive to Armenia - Photo-stop at Dilijan National Reserve - Photostop at Lake Sevan - Visit Sevanavank Monastery - Visit Vernissage Market This morning after buffet breakfast, we check-out and proceed to Armenia via Georgian border. Stop at Dilijan - famous for its amazing surroundings, situated in Dilijan National Park. This small city, lost in forests and mountains with alpine meadows around, is home to numerous Armenian artists, composers, and filmmakers. The next stop is Lake Sevan - a blue gem of the Armenian mountain cape. Visit Sevanavank monastery located on Lake Sevan. Later we visit Vernissage; a famous street market in Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan. (B, LL, D)

Day 9
Guided City Tour of Yerevan - Visit Genocide Museum - Visit Ararat Brandy Distillery - Museum & Brandy Tasting Tour - Visit Charents Arch - Visit Geghard Monastery - Visit Garni Pagan Temple This morning after buffet breakfast, we will proceed on a guided city tour of Yerevan - visit to Mother Armenia statue & Cascade, a giant stairway in the capital city which links downtown Kentron area of Yerevan with the Monument neighbourhood. Later visit Tsitsernakaberd - The Armenian Genocide Museum .See the Opera House and visit the Republic Square. Visit the Ararat Brandy Distillery; visit the brandy museum followed by tasting. After lunch we proceed to the valley of Azat river, stop first at Charent’s Arch – the breathtaking lookout point of the biblical Mount Ararat (known from the Bible as the landing place of Noah’s Ark). Drive to the Geghard Monastery carved out of a huge monolithic rock. Visit Geghard Monastery.Visit the Garni Pagan Temple. Drive back to Yerevan. Evening free to walk around the city center. Overnight in Yerevan. (B, L, D) Day 10: End of Tour - Return Back Home This morning after buffet breakfast, check out and proceed to the Airport. Return home with wonderful memories of your tour. Visa Requirements:
Visa Requirements: • You must be in possession of a valid Single entry for Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia. The cost of these visas is not included in your package tour price. It would be best to check with your travel agent and the consulates nearest to you for advice and information. Please ensure that your travel documents are ready in time for departure.

Ticketing Requirements:
Ticketing Requirements: For this tour you would require confirmed air tickets to arrive into Baku & depart from Yerevan. It would be advisable to check with your sales officer or local travel agent for ticketing

HOTELS
All hotels will be either around the airport area or on the outskirts. Most hotels have only Twin beds. The double bed will be Queen size and not King size. As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room. Most hotel rooms may not be air conditioned / air cooled nor will fans be provided. Air conditioning / cooling in hotels are set as per weather conditions. Functioning of Air cooling / Air conditioning in hotels is subject to official declaration of summer by the local authority. The average room size of the hotels are between 16 – 20 sq.mts Most hotels do not provide tea kettles in the rooms. Any damage caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary.

COACHES
Most of your journey are by coach and hence you are requested to keep the coach clean. Due to hygienic reasons, it is not permitted to use toilets on the coach. However, the tour manager will make comfort stops during long drives. Eating & drinking is not permitted on the coach. One check-in bag and one handbag per person only, due to limited boot space on the coach. Coaches are non-wheelchair compliant. There are steps to board / alight from the coach.

MEALS
Meals are pre–set and a–la carte is not possible. On certain days, a packed lunch will be provided. SIGHTSEEING On certain departures, we may sometimes amend / reverse the itinerary. However, all the services / inclusions will remain the same. Generally, you will have to walk to sightseeing places, amusement parks and at the airports sometimes for a long distance; however, the same will be timely instructed by the Tour Manager. It is advisable to carry a good pair of comfortable sports shoes. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible. In the case of missing a paid entrance due to sudden closure or non-availability the same will be replaced by another visit of similar value and / or type or a refund will be provided.

GENERAL
A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour. Security alerts and random closures might affect the itinerary. Please take extra care of your personal belongings while on the tour, every country you travel to is prone to thefts and bag snatching. SOTC will not be liable for any loss of belongings / baggage. SOTC shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. Insurance policies must be carried while on tour. The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, airplane, bus, ship or other services. The Tour Manager and the company reserves the right to amend the itinerary, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same. There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour. All optional activities will have to be booked and paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments to be made by cash in the currency as mentioned in your tour price only. (Credit or Debit cards not accepted). Optional tours are booked & paid on 100% non-refundable & non cancellation policy. In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline will be advised once the same is confirmed.
